Requirements for final submissions
The Proceedings of ICSTCC 2016 will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library,
therefore all authors must follow IEEE Intellectual Property Rights guidelines and policies.
Evidence of plagiarism (and even self-plagiarism) will result in paper withdrawing at any stage of the selection process.
Template for IEEE conferences (A4 format): The papers must be prepared using the template for IEEE conferences (MS Word / Latex) available at this
link.
Key words: For introducing key words in case that the final form of the paper has been prepared using LaTeX, please add the next lines after the
\end{abstract}

Copyright clearance code notice: This notice has to appear on the bottom left of the first page of each paper as follows:
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-2720-0/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-2720-0/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union

How to prepare the final submissions
- Verify your PDF file on IEEE PDF eXpress using the conference ID: 39008X.
- Log in here, select the "author" role.
- Verify the file returned by IEEE PDF eXpress on PaperCept, using the link "Pdf-Test" from author "Workspace" menu.
- Go to your author "Workspace" and select the link "Submit the final version".
- Download the copyright form (here),
fill in the necessary fields (paper title, authors, title of the IEEE conference (2016 20th International Conference on System Theory, Control and Computing (ICSTCC),
author signature, date). Upload the copyright form file (PDF format) within your author account on PaperCept.
- Update the list of authors, the title of the paper and the abstract (select the link "Update the final version information").
Please make sure that all the authors of the paper are correctly indicated.
- Upload the free-error pdf file returned by IEEE PDF eXpress and all source files (word, tex, dvi, style, bib, figures)
- Fill-in necessary fields within the registration form (here).
- Pay the registration fee.
Please note that the deadline for early registration and submitting your final ZIP archive is: September 5, 2016.
How to verify a paper on IEEE PDF eXpress:
- Convert your file to pdf. The file can be also converted on IEEE PDF eXpress site, but it takes a lot of time.
A free pdf convertor, CutePDFWriter, is available here.
- Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site (here):
- First-time users (without an account on IEEE PDF eXpress site):
- Click "New Users - Click Here".
- Enter the Conference ID 39008X, your email address and choose a new password.
- Fill the account form with the required information.
- Check that the contact information and click "Submit".
- Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress site, who are using the site for the first time to this conference:
- Enter the Conference ID 39008X, your email address and the password.
- When you click 'Login', you will receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click 'Continue'.
By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.
- You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
- Returning users with an account for ICSTCC 2016:
- Enter the Conference ID 39008X, your email address and the password.
- For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".
- Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
- Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".
- Upload your file. You will receive an email confirming the successful upload.
- You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached.
If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
- If any errors are detected:
- Read the PDF Check report and click "The PDF Check Report" in the sidebar to get information on possible solutions.
- Correct the errors and resubmit the PDF by clicking "Try again", then "Submit PDF for Checking".
- Repeat the above procedure until all errors are solved.
- If no error is detected, download the attachment of this email.
- Go to controls.papercept.net and upload the free-error file returned by IEEE PDF eXpress as the final version of your paper.
It is mandatory to not make any changes on the file built by IEEE PDF eXpress.
