Authors information
PAPER SUBMISSION
Full papers should be submitted using the PaperCept Conference Management System, by web upload (https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl#STCC20). Information about the web upload is available on the ICSTCC 2020 website. All materials must be written in English. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the International Program Committee.
Papers submitted for presentation should contain original research, not published or being considered for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be tested for similarity and overlap with prior published material using the iThenticate tool. The results of this analysis will be made available to the Program Committee for evaluation. Possible violations of the IEEE ethics rules in publishing will be investigated by a dedicated committee.
The corresponding author of each paper will be notified of the result by e-mail. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, provided that at least one of the authors attended the conference and presented the paper. As part of the submission procedures, authors of accepted papers must send a signed Copyright Form for each paper. In the absence of such a form, the paper cannot be published.
The final form of the papers must meet IEEE pdf compliance requirements. Maximum six pages A4 in double column format are allowed. The template can be downloaded from here. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of eight pages. However, each page in excess of six will incur a charge of 50 EUR.
FINAL SUBMISSION: the operational number for the ICSTCC 2020 conference is 50638 (it is requested when checking IEEE requirements in pdfeXpress).
CONFERENCE FEES
- Early registration (before September 20, 2020) fee: 250 Euro (200 Euro for IEEE Members);
- Late registration fee: 300 Euro (250 Euro for IEEE Members);
- Early student registration (before September 20, 2020) fee: 175 Euro;
- Late student registration fee: 200 Euro.
A registration fee covers: attendance at all virtual sessions, conference electronic materials (electronic conference proceedings, virtual presentation attendance certificate, etc.). Student registrants are allowed to upload only one paper. Regular registrants are allowed to upload two papers. Additional papers may be uploaded for 125 EUR each.

PUBLICATION AND COPYRIGHT
Papers submitted for presentation should contain original research, not published or being considered for publication elsewhere. Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the conference and present the paper.
