Instructions for authors

Instructions concern all the persons participating at the conference including accompanying persons. The organization of the conference will be done through this web site and e-mail communication.

You must follow the next steps for the final submission:

1. Use the MS Word template (here) and instructions for camera-ready papers available here, when preparing the final version of your paper. This file must contain the IEEE copyright notice, which is mandatory for publication. The IEEE copyright notice is already included in WORD template. For Latex the instructions are provided at the above link. Please note that in the final paper the pages MUST NOT BE NUMBERED. Maximum 6 pages A4 in double column format are allowed. Authors may upload longer manuscript up to a maximum of 8 pages total. However, each page in excess of 6 will incur a charge of 25 Euros.
2. The final form of the papers must meet IEEE pdf compliance requirements. You have to use IEEE PDF eXpress for verifying the compatibility of the paper with IEEE format requirements. Log in to http://www.pdf-express.org site. First-time users should do the following:
   1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
   2. Enter the following:
      • 40582X for the Conference ID
      • your email address
      • a password
   Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. IEEE PDF eXpress will return a certified PDF file which will be uploaded on your Easychair account.
3. Upload the final paper in PDF format approved by IEEE PDF eXpress on your Easychair account.
4. Complete the transfer of copyright agreement form. The template for the transfer of copyright agreement form is available here. Fill in the necessary fields (paper title, complete list of authors, author signature, date), scan and return it to us. Please note that only one author must sign the copyright form. The completed copyright agreement form file in PDF format must be sent to the following e-mail address: monica@automation.ucv.ro.

Accommodation and boarding will be provided directly at the conference venue. Participation at the conference (including accommodation, boarding, refreshments and social evenings) will require payment of the registration fee. The same applies to including your paper in the proceedings.

The proceedings will contain only papers (after positive review) submitted by conference management system EasyChair until deadlines. Registration fee paying participants will get electronic proceedings.

• Title of the lecture in English; author(s), address(es), telephone, fax, e-mail.
• Key words (up to 7).
• Text of abstracts (up to 500 words).
• Use the conference management system to upload your abstract: EasyChair.

• Use IEEE templates (format A4) for your full paper: IEEE templates.
• Use the conference management system to upload your paper: EasyChair.
• The length of the paper is 4 to 6 pages.
• Only those papers that are presented at the conference will be published in conference proceedings.

Each paper will be included in the program and in the conference proceedings volume after positive reviewing. The best papers will also be awarded.
