Call for Workshops at ICSTCC 2013
The ICSTCC 2013 organizing committee invites researchers from academia and industry to submit proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with the main conference.
The workshop organizers will be responsible for setting up the workshop website and coordinating the review process. All accepted workshop papers will be published in the main conference proceedings, which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore database. Workshop authors will be required to register to the main conference and present their paper.
Important dates
- Workshop proposal submission deadline: February 15, 2013
- Notification of workshop acceptance: March 1, 2013
- Workshop paper submission deadline (recommended): May 15, 2013
- Workshop paper notification (recommended): June 30, 2013
- Workshop authors' registration and camera-ready papers: July 15, 2013
Workshop proposals requirements
Workshop proposals should be no longer than 4 pages and should include the following information:
- General information
- Workshop title
- Names, affiliations, and a short bio of the organizers
- A description of the workshop
- Workshop topic
- Relevance of the workshop to the conference
- Target audience: who might be interested in the workshop and why
- Expected number of participants
- A draft of the workshop's call for papers
- A list of specific topics of interest
- Important dates
- Preliminary list of the Program Committee members with their affiliations
- A description of the paper reviewing and selection process
- Expected duration of the workshop (half day or full day)
